Mike helped me by setting realistic goals that I could meet and I progressed from there. Failure is not an option with Mike. He seems to have a sixth sense when I need to be motivated and knows when I need a “cheat” meal.  Since I never liked exercising it’s great that the workouts are never the same  – he mixes things up with cardio, strength training and “the turf”.

It’s almost impossible to believe how many variations Mike can come up with for each piece of equipment in his gym. In less than I year I have lost 75 pounds and look and feel great!
