Mike was awesome with helping me get my nutrition on point for building maximum muscle and lowering my body fat at the same time. I was 183 pounds and 13% body fat when I first meet Mike, and in just five months had me to 192 pounds and 9% body fat.
To get ready for my first body building show, Mike coached and guided me to a weight of 170 pounds and 5.5% body fat, and I took 2nd place! Mike was awesome with his inside knowledge of competitions and all his stage experience! We took my training to a whole new level, and he is now helping me pack on some size and get ready for future shows in 2014. Starting to train with Mike and learning from him was the best decision I could have made to help me start my body building career.
