FREE Self-Defense Class for Women
Back by popular demand! Sgt. Keith Bullock of the Miami Police Force, is the self-defense and tactics instructor for the Department. The goal of this class is to leave with confidence. The program is not strength based, but leverage-based with moves enabling women to get out of a grasp, get away and get to safety.
Sgt. Bullock will also share tips and tactics to stay safe and aware in all situations. Mike Shannon will pesonally donate $10 per person that attends this class to the Ohio Law Enforcement K-9 Association. Good will offerings will also be accepted, but are not required.
